Proceedings (LNBI)

After the conference, authors of accepted contributions will be invited to submit an extended version of their manuscripts either to the CIBB 2026 post-conference proceedings, published in the Springer Lecture Notes in Bioinformatics (LNBI) series, or to one of the Special Issues of international journals associated with the conference.

Contributions accepted in both the main tracks and special sessions are eligible for the proceedings pathway, provided that they are accepted, presented at the conference, and subsequently submitted in extended form.

Publication process

  1. Short paper submission (4-6 pages).
  2. Peer review and conference presentation.
  3. Invitation to submit extended version.
  4. Selection and publication in LNBI volume.

Important

Papers accepted within Special Sessions follow the same proceedings pathway as papers accepted in the main conference tracks.
